Most Borrowed books by Cork City Libraries members in 2025

Our list of top loans in 2025 was dominated by children's book titles. The book borrowed most often by Cork City Libraries members in 2025 was the children's book Escape from Haunted Treasure Island. Songs of the Birds was the second most borrowed title. Bunny V. Monkey: The Human Invasion and Roger Hargreaves's Mr. Sneeze were in joint third place, with Dog Man: For Whom the Ball Rolls following close on their heels in fourth place.

The most borrowed adult book in 2025 was our One City One Book title Stone Mad by Seamus Murphy. Two David Baldacci titles, A Calamity of Souls and The Edge shared second place, while Lee Child's The Secret took third spot for the most borrowed adult book by Cork City Libraries members in 2025.
