National Emerging Writers Programme

One of the best resources for writers is http://www.writing.ie

In January 2013, In partnership with Dublin UNESCO, they launch the National Emerging Writers Programme. The accompanying DVD, Have You Always Wanted To Write a Book?, containing interviews and advice on starting writing, telling the story and overcoming obstacles is available now from all our libraries.
