Cork Film Festival Shorts at the City Library

Cork City Libraries are delighted to announce an expanded catalogue of Cork Film Festival short films in the City Library viewing booth.  31 additional films from the 2017 Festival are available to view free of charge.  As part of Heritage Week 2018 Cork Film Festival staff will be on hand at the booth in the City Library on Saturday August 18 at 12.00 pm to guide you through the films.

Along with 24 existing titles from the 2016 Festival you can watch a selection of Irish and international titles including the 2017 Best Cork Short winner Linda Curtain’s ‘Everything Alive is in Movement’; locally made schlock masterpiece and Best Short winner at the 2017 Russian International Horror Film Festival, Jack Scott’s ‘Wood’; Best Documentary Short at the 2017 Fastnet Film Festival, ‘Raymond’; and much loved Children’s animation ‘The Last Leaf’.

The online library is presented to you by Cork City Libraries and Cork Film Festival in partnership with AVA and Picturepipe, co-funded by the European Union, Creative Europe Media.
